iLearnabout materials progress with new Wildlife Conservation Topic
As the rollout and use of iLearnbout continues in clubs and schools in Kenya and Zambia, we are pleased to add a new topic, Wildlife Conservation, to the range of freely available content. Three learning modules look at: ‘Do we need wildlife?’, ‘What is happening to wildlife?’ and ‘How can we help wildlife?’. Practical challenges include: making a wildlife garden, becoming a wildlife scientist, and growing chili plants to help deter crop raiders.
Commenting on the content, Collins Busuru, Project Manager at CHD Conservation Kenya, said; 'It's amazing the work you've been doing. The wildlife conservation topic is impressive, especially the teacher's guide. I am looking forward to the next module you will release.’
There are now three digital topic packs available: Biodiversity, Climate Change, and Wildlife Conservation. iLearnabout is an e-learning resource available FREE of charge to any school, club, or organisation that wants to use it in Africa.
